Fastio is probably the most cost efficient and easiest way of attaching solar panels on standing seam metal roofs.
Not using rails lowers the cost and reduces the work, but it also improves the air flow under the solar panels, which keeps the temperature down, and improves the efficiency and lifespan of the panels. It also collects less leaves and other debris.
Only one M8 nut to tighten on the standing seam,
and one M8 nut for the solar panel.
Screws and nuts are hot-dip galvanized to 50 my.
Great clamping force on the standing seam and on the solar panel frame,
guarantees attachment in all weathers during the 30 years or more life of the solar panel.
Fastio is made to fit perfectly on “Click-roof” type standing seams, and classic hand made standing seams.

Fastio Edge comes in two mirror variants, color marked with blue and yellow.
One color on the upper edge of the panel-array and the other on the lower edge.
In this example there are 6 panels in 2 rows.
Then you need 18 pcs. Fastio Edge (always half of them blue and half yellow)
and 9 pcs. Fastio Center.
Recommended tightening torque: 10-18 Nm on all nuts.
For example 14 Nm results in 375 kg clamp force on the standing seam,
and 850 kg on the panel frame.
